1. What are your candles made of?

All Molecular Melts candles are made with 100% premium natural soy wax, raw natural ingredients, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our jars are made from or more recycled glass, and each candle is hand-poured with love in Washington, DC.

2. What are wax melts, and how do I use them?

Wax melts are wickless scented pieces of wax that are melted in a wax warmer. Simply break off a piece, place it in your warmer, and enjoy long-lasting fragrance without an open flame.

3. Are your car diffusers refillable?

At this time, our car diffusers are not refillable, but they are 100% recyclable and made with high-quality, phthalate-free diffuser oil in recycled glass vessels.

4. How long do your candles burn?

Our full-size candles typically burn for 30–40 hours, depending on the scent and how you care for the wick (always trim to 1/4 inch before lighting!).

5. Do you offer custom or gift boxes?

Yes! We offer curated gift boxes, including exclusive holiday bundles, themed scent sets, and custom orders for events. Email us or follow us on Instagram for the latest box drops!

6. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States, with shipping calculated at checkout. Local pickup and in-person shopping options are available at select events.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right!
